Refund and cancellation policy

We want you to be happy with your course. This policy applies to all Sicreva courses.
In short
- Full refund before your first paid class
- Full refund within 48 hours of paying if no class attended
- Approved refunds reach you in 5 to 7 working days
Free trial
The trial class is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancellation by you
- Cancel before the first paid class starts: full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours of paying and before attending any class: full refund.
- After classes have started: no refund, because the batch seat and teaching time are already used. Contact us if there is a genuine problem and we will review it.
Missed classes
If your child misses a class, tell us at least 2 hours before it starts and we will offer a make-up class where possible.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a course or batch, or cannot offer you a suitable time, you get a full refund or a seat in a later batch, whichever you choose.
How to request a refund
Email support@sicreva.xyz with the parent’s name, phone number and payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
