These terms apply when you use sicreva.xyz or buy a course from Sicreva, operated by Shruti Luthra (“we”, “us”). By enrolling or paying, you agree to them.
In short
- Parents or guardians enrol and pay for children
- All prices are in INR and paid through Razorpay
- We cannot guarantee a specific result
Who can enrol
Courses are for children aged 5 to 16. A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older must enrol the child and make the payment.
Our services
We offer live online handwriting improvement (English and Hindi) and calligraphy courses. Course content, duration and fees are shown on our website and confirmed before you pay.
Fees and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Enrolment is confirmed after we receive your payment.
Results
Handwriting improves with regular practice. We teach and guide, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, because it depends on the child’s practice and effort.
Conduct and materials
- Class links and practice sheets are for the enrolled child only. Please do not share, resell or copy them.
- We may remove a student from a class for disruptive behaviour. Refunds in that case follow our refund policy.
Cancellation and refunds

Liability
We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party platform problems outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the course.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies when you enrol.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
